Jumping

I finished my first full week at work and it wasn't too bad. It has definitely gotten better as the week progressed. I am slowly finding my rhythm but pumping is a problem. I can't get myself to sit and relax!

We finally put up this jumper thing that Miya loves. At first it took her awhile to figure out what she was doing. She leans on one side so most of her weight is on that side of her body, bends her chubby little legs and starts bouncing up and down. Sometimes, it looks like she's doing the leperchan kick, where her heels click together.

The past couple of weeks, Miya has had an explosive butt. Granted she doesn't poop on a daily basis, but when she does - watch out!!! Everything explodes out from the diaper shoots up her back! Poop on her diaper, on her back, and on her clothes. The tricky part is taking her onesie off without getting it all over her hair. YUCK!!!

We finally put together her high chair because we're suppose to start her on rice cereal this weekend - didn't get to it. We bought the food today, but didn't give it to her. Task for next weekend.

Miya was in a bad mood today, she didn't nap well. I think its because she's got a cold or something because her nose is runny. My co-workers are getting sick and I was feeling run down, I may have given her the cold... Ooops! They say with breastmilk, babies are almost invincible to illnesses.. we'll see...

Tomorrow's a holiday for Troy, so he's going to take care of Miya. Lucky them...
